What is Bead embroidery

Bead embroidery, also known as pearl embroidery and sequin embroidery, involves the use of environmentally friendly sheets made from high temperature resistant PET material in various colors. These sheets are punched by a machine to create beads of uniform size and shape, which are then embroidered onto fabric using an embroidery machine equipped with a bead embroidery device.

There is a wide variety of beading shapes available, including round, square, triangle, oval, irregular shapes and vertical bars. The color and diameter (ranging from 0.3CM to 0.7CM) can be customized according to specific requirements.
The beaded embroidery is created by utilizing beads as a combination of points, which serves as the foundation and is interconnected with lines to form a surface. Various elements such as thickness, density, direction, bead type, sheet type, size and color variation are employed to construct different levels and achieve diverse decorative effects. Typically, thin transparent threads (such as fishing line) are predominantly utilized.

What’s the Rope embroidery

Rope embroidery is using the rope embroidery device to embroider the rope on the fabric, the rope is twisted around the fabric to form the different pattern.
The thickness of the rope is generally between 0.05-0.3 cm, the rope should be slightly stronger, wool, polyester, etc.

What’s the Embroidery Patch?

Embroidery patch is through the computer embroidery process to complete the independent trademark plate, it have the different sizes and shapes,normally the edge is light, and it widely used on the clothing label or logo customization.
The embroidery mark is generally used as a non-woven fabric or other fabric as the base cloth, and then covered with embroidery line on the bottom fabric, embroider around the edges and then cut the excess around the edges off,the embroidery patch is more easily using on the wholesale customization.

Carving hole embroidery (also known as punching embroidery) is the use of embroidery machine installed carving knife or carving needle and other tools to punch holes in the embroidery fabric into the edge embroidery, which is a certain difficulty for plate making and equipment, but the effect is very unique embroidery method.

Appliqué embroidery involves cutting fabric into the desired pattern shapes and adhering them onto the surface of the garment. A layer of padding material, such as cotton, can also be inserted between the appliqué fabric and the garment surface to give the design a raised, three-dimensional effect. After the pieces are attached, various stitching techniques are used to secure the edges. Appliqué embroidery is characterized by its simple stitching method and block-based patterns, giving it a unique and generous style.

The process of machine appliqué embroidery can be divided into three steps: positioning, securing, and covering. When reaching the appliqué section during embroidery, the machine first traces a single-line contour (matching the color of the previously embroidered object) for positioning. The machine then stops to change colors, places the appliqué fabric on the contour line, resumes to run the securing stitches to fix the fabric in place, stops again to trim any excess fabric, and finally continues to run the surface covering stitches.

What’s the 3D-embroidery ?

Embroidery in three dimensions refers to the process of laying three-dimensional glue on fabric and then embroidering patterns on it. Due to the thickness of the three-dimensional glue, the embroidered patterns have a strong sense of dimensionality, making it widely used in embroidery techniques. The three-dimensional glue can be either soluble or insoluble, depending on the requirements for the pattern

What’s the cord embroidery?


It refers to a decorative pattern made of thin string or thread by embroidery machine, which is fixed on the fabric by means of interspersing, winding, etc.
The tape can not be very wide or narrow, generally between 0.55 and 1.5 cm ,.Ribbon or stripes cut out of the fabric can be used as a tape.
